Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons, and ligaments) to enhance a person’s health and well-being. Massaging the skin, the body’s largest  organ, creates a chain reaction that produces a positive effect on all regulatory systems of the body. There are many types and techniques of massage that be incorporated into treatment to provide a unique experience for each client.  Massage can be energy based, muscle based, or a combination of both depending on the therapist and client. All massage therapists at Elevate operate independently and are fully NYS licensed and insured.  Please read through their bios and contact directly or use the contact form provided for more information.
